What is combed cotton?
Combed cotton is so soft and supple, it's like wearing kittens on your feet. It is an extremely soft version of cotton that is made by combing the cotton fibres with brushes that remove any crap and any short, prickly cotton fibres.
And get this, combed cotton is also stronger and less likely to fray, because all the shorty fibres have been combed out. Yes, it cost us more dollars, but we want the highest quality product for you to wear on your feet. We want it to feel like you're wearing a new pair of socks everyday, just like George Clooney does.
What sizes do your socks come in?
At the moment we only make one size. Our manufacturer recommends our socks to fit Mens US (7-11), however we have tried our socks on various sizes for both Men and Women. Has fit comfortably without any bunching as small as a size 7 Women's foot. If you are concerned at all about sizing email us at email@example.com and we can advise you of the fit.
What currency do we use?
As we are in Australia our website is defaulted to show our products in Australian Dollars (AUD). That means when our dollar is crap, which is most of the time lately, overseas customers will actually save themselves some money in exchange rates.
Can you return the stuff you bought?
Yep. If you change your mind or are not happy with the socks, you can return your socks within 30 days of purchase, however you will have to pay for return shipping to Adelaide, Australia. The socks must not be worn, in their original packaging and must be in new condition (except if the product was defective when received). We will either refund you the money, via your original payment method or can give you a store credit to use towards your next purchase. Just tell us your preference.
If the product is faulty or if we messed up and sent you the wrong socks, then we will obviously pay for the return shipping, as it was our bad. We aren't that shady. Obviously, general wear and tear does not classify as a faulty product. We expect you guys to not be shady either. Can you cancel your order?
Yes you can. So long as it hasn't been posted out to you already. We generally ship your item within 24 hours.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do. Shipping rates vary depending on number of socks purchased. We post with Australia Post, according to their website delivery times vary from 6-14 business days.
How long does it take for you to get your socks?
Depends where in the world you are. We use Australia Post to ship both nationally and internationally and do not take any responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your goods. We generally ship your items out within 24 hours from Adelaide, South Australia, so that you can get your order as soon as possible.
Australia post approximates 2-6 business days for delivery Australia-wide to your door.
For international orders they advise 6-14 business days worldwide.
The dreaded taxes, who pays them?
As we do business in Australia, we have to pay GST, for all our international buyers this is a Goods and Services Tax, which is unfortunately unavoidable to pay. The GST charged is 10%, and is included in the advertised price on our website, so there is no surprises at checkout.
However, there may be taxes and duties that customs enforces in the country where you have ordered the goods to be delivered to. If this is charged to your order on arrival in the country the goods are delivered to, you will have to pay any taxes and duties, we are not responsible to pay for this.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on this website and it's content and we are protected by copyright (Copyright Act 1968).
