We really want to get to know all of you. It is really hard being an online business and not ever really getting that face to face time with you. We here at Restless Socks love to socialise and wish we could meet all of you in person because we wouldn't be anywhere without you all.
The online world can be very impersonal and we try to fix that as much as we can. We strive to provide the best customer service that we can and respond to all of your emails within 24 hours. This is of upmost importance to us because we know what it is like to have poor customer service and be made to feel like a nobody; which is not what we you to ever feel. We want to provide the service we expect from others. We want to create a great experience for all of you. This is why we try our hardest to make everything as personable as possible like handwriting notes and creating a nice unboxing experience with your order.
We really want to better ourselves and provide the best product and service that we possibly can and constantly aiming to improve.
